PLANS
Whoever edits, pays. That’s all.
Splitting your calendar into strands costs nothing — charging for it would push you to merge everything into one calendar, which is exactly what stops clash warnings from working. And anyone who is only rostered or only reads never takes a seat: an institution with dozens of volunteers has to fit in here.
Two questions decide your tier
How many calendars you look after, and how many people touch them. It is not a ladder of size: Management is not a bigger Team, it is a different combination.
Only you edit

One calendar
Personal e Personal ProYour calendar, in your hands. Pro adds no calendar and no people: it adds the tools of someone who lives off it.
TeamOne calendar, with more than one person looking after it — and each one seeing only the strands that concern them.
Several calendars
ManagementOther people’s calendars, in one panel. Whoever represents them pays, per calendar represented.
NetworkSeveral calendars, each with its own team. One account for the whole — still by conversation, not self-service.

Questions the table doesn’t answer
- What counts as one person editing?
- Anyone who creates, changes or approves entries. Anyone who only reads the calendar, or appears rostered on an entry, doesn’t count and has no limit.
- How many separate calendars can I have?
- No limit, on any tier — the free one included. Splitting personal, work and each strand costs nothing: charging for it would be charging you to organize your own work, and you would answer by merging everything into one calendar. What Team adds is not having separate calendars, it is choosing which of them each person sees.
- I’m one person, but I have an assistant. Which tier?
- Team. The name suggests an organization, but what it measures is the second person editing — and it makes no difference whether they work at a church or look after an artist’s calendar. That is also where you decide the assistant gets into the work calendar and not the personal one.
- How many public entries can I publish?
- There is no monthly or yearly quota. What exists is a maximum of 50 public entries scheduled at the same time — and an entry that has already happened leaves that count on its own and frees the space. In practice, someone performing every week publishes hundreds a year without ever coming close. The number exists so discovery doesn’t become a dumping ground, not to limit people who work.
- Does the free tier turn paid later?
- No. The Personal tier is free and stays free. The paid tiers add features; they take none of the existing ones away.
- Does everything listed here already work?
- Yes. Every feature listed on this page’s tiers is live and can be used today. If one ever appears that doesn’t exist yet, it comes marked as under construction — never listed as if it were ready.
