What the platform does
It is a calendar where you organize your commitments, choose what becomes public, and can be found by people looking for people and events. The service is offered as it is, and is under continuous development — features may change.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information.
- The password is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, change it and let us know.
- An account belongs to one person or organization. You answer for what is done through it.
- The public handle is assigned in order of request and is not for sale. We may reclaim handles that infringe third-party rights or pretend to represent someone you are not.
The content is yours
You remain the owner of everything you publish: text, images and the data of your entries. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service — to store, process and display that content according to the visibility you set yourself.
That licence ends when you delete the content or close the account, except for what must remain by legal obligation.
By publishing an image you declare you have the right to use it. If an event poster was made by someone else, it is your responsibility to have permission to publish it.
What you may not do
- Publish illegal content, or content inciting violence or discrimination
- Impersonate another person or organization, or imply a connection that doesn’t exist
- Publish third parties’ personal data without permission
- Promote an event you know will not happen
- Use automated means to harvest platform data in bulk, or try to get around technical and access limits
- Interfere with the working of the service or with other people’s accounts
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where the situation allows, we warn beforehand and explain why.
Public content and responsibility
What you mark as public becomes visible to anyone on the internet. Think about that before publishing a home address, a personal phone number, or an entry detail that exposes other people.
The platform displays calendars, but it does not organize, promote or guarantee the events its users publish. The relationship between whoever promotes and whoever attends is between them.
Connections to external services
You may connect calendars and, where available, social networks. These connections are optional and can be undone by you at any moment.
Each external service has its own terms, which continue to apply. We are not responsible for the availability or the decisions of those services — including restrictions they place on your account there.
We never ask for the password of your account on another service. Connections use a revocable authorization, granted by you in the external service itself.
Availability
We work to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. There may be maintenance, instability, and failures of third parties we depend on. There is no guarantee the service will be free forever; should that change, we will give notice in advance.
Closing the account
You may close your account whenever you want, and doing so deletes your profile, your entries and your connections, as described in the privacy policy.
We may close accounts that break these terms or that expose the platform and its users to legal risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing here sets aside rights that Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code, grants you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a material way, we will give notice through the service before the change takes effect. Continuing to use it after that means accepting the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the user’s domicile are chosen to settle any questions arising from them.
